ERC Payroll Stimulus Application & COVID Rebate Eligibility Assessment Updated

This no-cost eligibility assessment has been updated by LP Consulting to help employers claim the maximum allowable ERC rebate, regardless of their PPP loan status, or business type.

Monroe, United States - April 29, 2023

Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC) are now accessible to an expanded range of businesses, including startups and non-profit organizations, using this updated eligibility check and application service from LP Consulting.

More information about ERTC eligibility requirements, the updated no-cost assessment, and claiming rebates with PPP loans can be found at https://get26k.com

LP Consulting has partnered with a firm of ERTC specialist CPAs to offer an updated application service to any employer that had between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the recent pandemic. Applications are available for any business type, including new businesses founded during the pandemic, with no risk if they do not qualify.

The ERTC program has been expanded several times and has now become the largest relief program ever offered in American history. Businesses that were affected by the pandemic can now claim up to $26,000 per employee in rebates from the federal government, with no restrictions on how the funds can be spent.

Rebates claimed through the fast application service, also known as the 15 Minute Refund program, are not a loan or deferral, and never require repayment. These rebates are reimbursement from the federal government for wages that employers have already paid, and they will be received as a check in the mail from the IRS.

The no-risk, no up-front fee policy offered by LP Consulting allows any employer to claim their pandemic relief funds, with no risk if they do not qualify or do not receive a rebate. No business will be charged until after it has received rebate, and any business that does not receive a rebate will not be charged at all.

Businesses that have already enrolled in or received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) can now also qualify for rebates using the updated application. Though these businesses were originally disqualified from receiving ERC rebates, that restriction was removed when the Consolidated Appropriations Act was passed.

While individual rebates will vary, research suggests that the average small business refund is approximately $150,000. Employers can access a no-cost approximation of their own available funds using the updated eligibility assessment, which asks only 10 simple questions and requires no proprietary business information.
