Arizona opens new trade and investment office in Taiwan's capital

Arizona is looking to become one of the largest semiconductor hubs in the U.S. as the Biden administration pushes for more microchip manufacturing within its borders. In one of its latest moves, the state has opened a trade office in Taipei, Taiwan, a longtime sister city of Phoenix.
