Lee Chambers, the wellbeing entrepreneur and founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing, will be speaking at the Wellbeing Strategy event, hosted by The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. The event, which will take place at the IPA's headquarters on Belgrave Square, London, will feature a series of sessions focusing on wellbeing and how we implement it into our lives and workplaces.
There are four very exciting speakers from different backgrounds, Kim Palmer and Katie Lee from the Clementine App, Joe Ryle from the 4-day week Campaign and Lee Chambers from Essentialise. All four speakers will explore their varied projects from the perspective of wellbeing.
Joe Ryle is Campaign Director for the 4 Day Week Campaign, Media and Comms Lead for the think tank Autonomy, a former Labour Party press officer and former adviser to former Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell MP.
His session will cover:

Lee Chambers is a business psychologist, founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing and Director of Wellbeing Lancashire. He is the 2021 Great British Entrepreneur of the Year for Service Industries and was voted one of the Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs under 50 in 2020.
His session will cover:

Why being strategic with wellbeing pays dividends
How to use wellbeing to attract talent
Building a wellbeing strategy
Simple things to consider implementing today
We will also learn about egoless leadership, leading with the heart and not the head, creating psychologically safe spaces, protecting your mental health and why it's ok to lead with vulnerability. Katie Lee, Chief Growth Officer for Wavemaker and Kim Palmer, Founder of Clementine app will share their stories of 'how they got here'.

The event will be taking place over the morning of the 29th of June, starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm, at the IPA headquarters on Belgrave Square.
