Greg Wheeler Announces for Ohio's Thirteenth Congressional District

Will Bring Buckeye Values To Congress

AKRON, OH, January 26, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ohio Attorney and Accountant, Greg Wheeler, announces his candidacy for Ohio's Thirteenth Congressional District. Wheeler is running to return the power of politics to the people affected by it, not the wealthy who seek to control it. Wheeler has deep roots in the 13th District. That is why he seeks to be the voice of his neighbors, not the voice of entrenched special interests and career politicians. Wheeler supports less government, our men and women in blue, a strong national defense, lower taxes, and bringing jobs back to the United States and Ohio.

Wheeler states that "inflation is the biggest threat facing America in the 21st century. If you cannot afford to pay your rent or put food on your table, all other political issues are unimportant." Wheeler added that "we are facing runaway inflation not seen since the 1970s. All Washington, DC insiders propose is more of the same political games." "We can, and must, do better. That is why I am running for Congress."

Wheeler is a lifelong resident of Ohio. "We need representation that is beholden to the people and not special interests," continued Wheeler. "In Congress, I will work for the people of the 13th District and provide commonsense Ohio solutions to the challenges we face. As Ronald Reagan said, 'there are no easy answers, but there are simple answers.' Meaning, that we must have the courage to do what we know is difficult but morally right."

Before becoming an attorney, Wheeler worked in the real estate, entertainment, and aviation industries. His company was featured on the television show Shark Tank in 2014. He has spent years working with churches and community organizations within the district. Since he was 4 years old, Wheeler has studied martial arts. He is a blackbelt in Taekwondo and Judo and has competed at a national level. He is an 11-year member of the Knights of Columbus and has served as a bike patrol volunteer for Summit Metro Parks before law school. While in law school, Greg volunteered extensively with the expungement clinic, CQE clinic, and other organizations to provide legal aid for those most in need.
