CARLSBAD, NM, December 04, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Carlsbad Department of Development (CDOD) is excited to announce the opening of PVT with a ribbon cutting by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. The press and public are invited to the grand opening of the new PVT office on December 6, 2021.

The event will take place at 134 N. Canyon St between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.
