Knack developed the new colors, Steel Blue and Olive Green, in conjunction with hundreds of Knack consumers through a series of interviews and surveys conducted earlier this year. Introduced less than 12 months ago, Knack's popular Series 2 is a collection of lightweight, everyday laptop backpacks with a patent-pending, hidden, expandable suitcase compartment for travel.

- Narrowed down a list of dozens of colors initially suggested by Knack owners
- Conducted interviews and surveys with over 300 Knack consumers
- Sampled and developed 10+ colors
- Confirmed the final two colors through a broad survey of current and potential Knack owners
