Former Democratic mayor endorses Republican Keating for council

Former Mayor Dwight Tillery, a Democrat, has endorsed Councilwoman Liz Keating, a Republican and Charter Committee-endorsed candidate, in a new radio ad in which he banters with Charlie Winburn, the former Republican councilman, over their support for Keating.
