CStone to Start China Trials of Tri-Specific Immunotherapy in Solid Tumor Cancers

CStone Pharma of Suzhou was approved to start China trials of its tri-specific immunotherapy. CS2006/NM21-1480 is a next-gen anti-PD-1/PD-L1 that also targets 4-1BB and human serum albumin (HSA). It is designed to bind to the immune co-stimulation receptor 4-1BB and activate T cells only when engaging PD-L1 on the surface of tumor cells. In 2019, CStone acquired Greater China rights to the tri-specific from Zurich 's Numab in exchange for funding its R&D through a Phase I clinical trial. More details....
