HCA-owned hospital network St. David's grows with purchase of nine Austin clinics, 700 employees

The acquisition of Austin Diagnostic Clinic gives St. David's control of the region's second-largest for-profit clinic system, which has 154 physicians and health care providers spanning 21 specialties and 700 employees.
