More owners giving year-end bonuses this year

About 64 percent of small business owners nationwide say they plan to give a holiday or year-end bonus to employees this season, according to a recent SurePayroll Small Business Scorecard survey. That's a notable jump from two years ago, when that number was at 52 percent.
