Orlando, Florida, March 4, 2024— The Men’s Divorce Law Firm, a divorce and family law firm based out of Orlando, Florida, will celebrate their 20th anniversary of operations this May. Since 2004, the firm has been committed to helping men navigate the intricacies of family law in Florida, including marital property division, alimony, timesharing, and child support disputes.
Jeffrey Feulner, the firm’s late founder, wanted to dedicate his legal career to helping fathers establish their parental rights after becoming a single father at a young age. After establishing the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, he operated the firm until his passing and helped thousands of families rebuild their lives after divorce and separation while protecting husbands and fathers in difficult family law matters. It was his driving purpose to ensure that children are able to have a meaningful relationship with both parents, no matter what.
Sadly, Jeffrey Feulner passed away on May 31, 2021. Jean Marie Moses, who began working for the firm in 2009 and was mentored by Feulner himself, became the firm’s managing attorney, and to this day, carries out his legacy. Despite his physical absence, Feulner’s driving purpose is deeply embedded in the DNA of the firm and will continue to impact the Central Florida community.
Attorney Moses remains committed to carrying out Attorney Feulner’s mission to provide aggressive, personalized, and knowledgeable representation to husbands and fathers who must navigate the family court system. She is collaboratively trained, acts as a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida, and is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, as well as the Central Florida Association for Women’s Lawyers.

Duncan and Francesca Kenney, are proud to advocate for the male point-of-view and aggressively represent husbands and fathers both in and out of the courtroom, as Attorney Feulner intended when he first founded the firm. Attorney Duncan, who rejoined the firm in June of 2023 after serving as a general magistrate, knows firsthand the importance of the Men’s Divorce Law Firm and its mission.
