Texas father Bryan Miller is sounding the alarm for parental rights after he was denied custody of his children, reflecting an all too common situation for fathers in custody cases. Statistics show that an average of just 18% of fathers are granted custody of their children in court proceedings.

Miller is currently applying for an appeal for the ruling handed down to him on August 1, 2023, but he’s also warning other parents that the same circumstance can happen to them. He’s also advocating for emotional abuse survivors to get the help they need so they can be the best parents possible.
