Now in their 15th year, the All-Star Awards celebrate those who consistently go above and beyond, put people first, and set an example of outstanding service within their organizations and communities.

The 2026 NCSA Service All-Star Award winners are:
- Person of the Year: Evan Marc Kassem, Concierge & Tenant Relations Manager, One South Street Baltimore LLC
- Contact Center Representative of the Year: Tywan Williams, Team Lead, Customer Service Representative, Cubic Transportation Systems Inc.
- Volunteer of the Year: Dan Donovan, Sr. Director, GB&C Enablement & Transformation, Universal Destinations & Experiences
- Team of the Year: Palm Beach County Tax Collector, Client Care and Research Center
- Organization of the Year: Lighthouse Works
