With close to 22 years of professional experience practicing law, Mr. Van Natten has certainly proven himself as accomplished and he is an expert of law. Mr. Van Natten’s impressive and versatile legal skills, guide his clientele in areas related to family law, personal injury law, criminal law and the creation of wills. He has had the proficiency of obtaining settlements in divorce cases, including division of assets and child custody. Mr. Van Natten has acquired several monetary settlements for personal injury victims from motor vehicle accidents and premise liability cases. He also represents clients in criminal matters, traffic violations, land use and zoning issues. Aside from these legal capabilities, Mr. Van Natten devotes some of his practice to estate planning for clients who request simple wills to clients who require more complex planning for their estates.
Before embarking on his current professional career path, Mr. Van Natten attended Boston University where he received his Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Environmental Analysis and Policy. He completed his studies at the New York Law School in 2000 and obtained his Juris Doctorate. Furthermore, Mr. Van Natten was admitted to practice law by the New Jersey Bar and New York Bar.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Van Natten has received many awards, accolades and has been featured in publications for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal industry. This year he will be featured on the famous Reuters Billboard in Times Square NYC, and will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala. In 2021, he graced the front cover of TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and was named Top Attorney of the Year given by IAOTP. In past years, Mr. Van Natten was recognized as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member of Continental Who’s Who and also as one the Top Attorneys of North America.
