Jupiter Wellness (NASDAQ: JUPW), a wellness company focused on hair metabolism and skin therapies, has appointed three new seasoned veterans to its leadership team. The company announced that Jason Roth will serve as chief operating officer, Neil Luckianow will serve as chief commercial officer and Anthony Pedicelli will serve as director of marketing. The company noted the new leaders are part of its accelerated global expansion efforts; Jupiter is planning to launch Photocil and other products worldwide following the brand’s acquisition in 2022. Roth has worked for more than 25 years in the consumer packaged goods industry. His experience as founder and executive of global brands such as Zim’s, VeraTemp, ISI, and Mile High Labs will be “the cornerstone of Jupiter’s new proven business model,” said the company. Luckianow has extensive experience in sales/account management, product distribution, trade relations, business development, product promotion and trade marketing. He has worked as a leader several companies, including LifeScan Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company; Amira Medical, Bayer HealthCare’s Diabetes Care Division; and Facet Technologies. His expertise will significantly enhance Jupiter Wellness’s sales and marketing capabilities. Pedicelli has garnered impressive experience in overseeing marketing teams and executing successful marketing programs for multinational medical devices, luxury smart home builders and cannabis companies. Most recently, he served as director of marketing for ISI Group of Companies, where he was key in the company’s achievement of 10x revenue growth. “Jupiter Wellness is excited to welcome these talented and experienced professionals to our leadership team,” said Jupiter Wellness CEO Brian John in the press release. “This addition to the team is exactly what Jupiter was missing. We have great science and a vast product pipeline; we just needed their expertise to effectively get these products into the consumers’ hands. Once this sales and marketing platform is created, it will be invaluable to Jupiter Wellness’s ability to launch new products in the future.”
