“Korea’s first boy band with LGBTQ members who’ve came out.” Lionesses unveils its debut single [Show me your pride] on November 2nd.
For the past few years, there have been artists who’ve proudly came out and stepped into the Kpop industry, such as Holland and Minsoo Kang(Aquinas). Lionesses, however, is the first boy band to make a debut in Kpop scene with all members who have came out.
The debut single [Show me your pride] is a meaningful song that LGBTQ musicians meets the public for the first time as a team in Kpop industry. Through this, it contains a message of support for the first step of everyone who will step into the world outside the closet.
The arrangement of the title song [Show Me Your Pride] was produced by Zantin (a former publisher of YG Entertainment and currently active in the U.S. hip-hop scene). which properly combines disco and hip-hop.
Brave lions, Lionesses’s new song [Show me your pride] is available worldwide from November 2nd, through music streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
