Inhabit, a global leader in property management software solutions, today announced that Ross Croley will become the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective October 3.

Croley is the Founder and CEO of Greater Sum Ventures (GSV), which he leads alongside managing partners Lisa Stinnett and Bill Nix. GSV is the growth equity firm that launched Inhabit and remains a key institutional investor in the company. Inhabit's continued growth is backed by GSV and other capital sponsors including Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and PSG.

Croley founded Inhabit through the merger of two residential property management and short-term rental management platforms. Since its inception, Inhabit has pursued a disciplined M&A strategy to accelerate growth and expand its technology footprint across verticals. Today Inhabit is a category leader serving more than five million units.

Croley succeeds John Kristel, who departs Inhabit in early October. He most recently served as CFO for Stack Sports and Benefitfocus. Croley and Dussault will work with Chief Operating Officer John Vingia and Inhabit’s established leadership team to create a more scalable company that continues to invest in customers, products, innovation, and long-term growth.
