The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) today announced a strengthened leadership team and expanded investment in member engagement, reinforcing the association's commitment to providing manufacturers with stronger connections, policy advocacy, practical resources, workforce solutions, and industry-leading education.

Led by Managing Director Mark Getsay, who oversees PMA's operations and strategic direction, the leadership team includes Lisa Lehman, who joins PMA as Executive Director of Membership and Engagement; Katlyn Stratis, Executive Director of Member Services; Connie King, Director of Workforce Development and PMA Educational Foundation Executive Director; and Damon Wolf, Publisher for PMA Services.

To deepen relationships with PMA's local districts and member companies across North America, PMA also will add two Regional Directors of Membership and Engagement. Reporting to Lehman, they will lead regional membership engagement and growth, serving as dedicated resources for current and prospective members. They will strengthen local engagement, identify emerging needs and connect manufacturers with the programs, services and expertise that support their success.

"Manufacturers today need more than a trade association—they need a trusted partner that advocates for their interests and helps them solve problems, develop their workforce, build business relationships and stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry," said Getsay. "These investments strengthen our ability to deliver on that promise. By expanding our leadership team and growing our membership and engagement staff, we're creating more opportunities to connect with members, better understand their challenges and provide the resources they need to succeed."

Lehman brings more than a decade of experience helping manufacturing organizations grow through business development, strategic planning and member engagement. As Executive Director of Membership and Engagement, she will lead PMA’s membership growth, retention and engagement strategies and oversee the association’s relationships with its regional districts. In this role, she will strengthen PMA’s value proposition, deepen member connections, and guide the new Regional Directors as they expand PMA’s local presence across North America. She will be based at PMA’s headquarters in Independence, OH.

Working alongside Lehman, PMA's leadership team directs the association's core member programs and services. Stratis serves as Executive Director of Member Services, overseeing PMA's meetings and events, marketing and communications, and the programs that support member engagement and experience. King leads PMA's workforce development initiatives, including industry-specific training, credentialing and education programs that help manufacturers develop the skilled workforce they need. Wolf oversees PMA's publishing operations, including MetalForming magazine, delivering technical expertise, industry news and business insights to PMA members.

"Manufacturing continues to evolve, and PMA is evolving with it," said Getsay. "By investing in our people and strengthening the way we serve our members, we're ensuring that PMA remains the industry's trusted partner for education, workforce development, advocacy and the connections that help manufacturers thrive."

The Precision Metalforming Association is the full-service trade association representing the $137-billion metalforming industry of North America. PMA's more than 900 member companies include metal stampers, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers that provide products and services to the metalforming industry.
