For more than 30 years, Costa has led customer-focused, multi-location service organizations, including Bojangles, For Eyes, Driven Brands, and Burger King. Most recently, as CEO and board member of Whistle Express, he scaled the company from 45 to 530 units in four years, building one of the largest express car wash platforms in the United States.
