Scalar, LLC (Scalar), an independent business valuation firm, has acquired Jonathan Lubick Consulting, a top transfer pricing and valuation firm based in Tel Aviv. The acquisition bolsters Scalar's expertise in transfer pricing and valuation, allowing the company to provide enhanced services to its multinational clients worldwide.
Jonathan Lubick Consulting brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Scalar, with a team of seasoned professionals led by Jonathan Lubick, who has over 35 years of experience in transfer pricing and valuation. Lubick has conducted studies for tax examinations and controversy cases in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Germany, Israel, and Mexico among multiple other countries. Lubick has served as an expert witness in landmark transfer pricing and valuation court cases and been recognized as a leading transfer pricing expert in the U.S. and Israel.
