K Health’s AI Physician Mode integrates with a provider’s electronic medical records (EMR) to automate patient intake and history of present illness (HPI) collection to create a high-quality patient chart for efficient decision-making at the point of care. This proprietary AI transforms primary care visits by equipping providers with the right information and insights, enabling them to focus on what matters most: engaging their patients and delivering quality care.
AI Physician Mode, designed to empower primary care providers, consists of a patient-facing Medical Chat, and a physician-facing Provider Co-Pilot. In advance of their doctor’s visit, the patient completes a Medical Chat either at home or in-office, which intelligently collects comprehensive intake information and synthesizes EMR data to create a “perfect chart” before the provider-patient interaction begins. The Provider Co-Pilot then summarizes the patient chart and generates actionable patient insights (e.g., potential diagnoses, suggested care plans, care gaps) and displays them to providers at the point of care, all within their existing EMR system.
