James Campbell Company Announces Appointment of Claudia Walraven as Chief Operating Officer

The James Campbell Company LLC (JCC), a $4.6 billion private, Hawai‘i-based real estate investment company, has appointed Claudia Walraven as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role of COO was previously based in San Francisco, CA, but will now be a Hawai‘i-based role.

Claudia Walraven is the new Chief Operating Officer at the James Campbell Company.

Ms. Walraven brings over 20 years of experience, most recently as head of asset management at Kennedy Wilson, a $25B public firm. She was previously with Clarion Partners and a principal at CBRE Global Investors. Her roles have spanned acquisitions, portfolio and fund management, fundraising, investor relations, and asset management.

Ms. Walraven holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montana. She has a breadth of investing experience across multiple asset classes and risk spectrums and has been a steward of capital for large institutional pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and private firms.​ At JCC, she will work closely with the executive leadership team to further JCC’s mission of creating value for its shareholders while honoring its rich heritage.​
