46 Labs Establishes New Office in Historic West End, Committing to Growth and Revitalization

Telecom and connectivity innovator deepens its Dallas roots with a new space designed for collaboration, innovation and community engagement

46 Labs, the global business communications management provider, has officially announced the opening of its new 25,000-square-foot office in Dallas’ historic West End district. The move emphasizes 46 Labs’ commitment to the city, its employees and the local business community, while also reflecting the company’s mission to modernize legacy infrastructure.

Located in a former bread factory that most recently housed the Sam’s Club Innovation Center, the new office seats 50 employees and features three conference rooms, four private offices and multiple working spaces and private pods for collaboration and meetings. The space serves as a hub for innovation, growth and connection—both for 46 Labs and for the broader Dallas business and tech community.

46 Labs’ leadership is deeply committed to Dallas and has strong ties to the West End. The company’s CEO, Trevor Francis, has a personal connection to the area, recalling childhood visits to the district’s former tech swap markets to buy computer parts. With this move, 46 Labs is making a statement: the West End has a rich history, and it deserves to thrive once again.

“We believe in modernizing legacy systems, whether it’s global communications infrastructure or the places that shaped us,” said Trevor Francis, CEO of 46 Labs. “The West End was once the heartbeat of Dallas, and we see no reason why it can’t be again. We’re putting our stake in the ground, investing in the future of this district, and creating a space where businesses, innovators and our team can connect and grow together.”

The new office represents a significant milestone in 46 Labs’ ongoing growth. Previously located at 1701 Market Street, the company has rapidly expanded from a small, remote-based operation to a thriving Dallas-based headquarters. As part of its commitment to the city, 46 Labs plans to focus on housing as many resources as possible in Dallas, reinforcing the region’s status as a telecom hub. With plans to grow its workforce to 100 employees over the next three years, the new office is more than just a larger space—it’s a deliberate investment in future expansion.

More than just an office, the space is designed as a collaborative hub. 46 Labs is opening its doors to industry partners, customers and the Dallas community—providing a space for coworking, meetups and networking events.

“Our business is about putting people in touch with each other,” said Francis. “This office is a physical manifestation of that goal. As we scale, we’re choosing to do it in a place that shaped our leadership, our team and our values.”

Dallas has long been a hub for telecom innovation, home to some of the industry’s biggest players. 46 Labs is carving out its place alongside these giants, strengthening its presence in a city that has shaped the telecom landscape for decades. The move represents a new chapter, one that not only positions the company for future success but also supports the revitalization of a historic neighborhood.
