Amid industry accolades, KW claims 11.3 percent U.S.-based market share according to T3 Sixty

Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, was ranked the No. 1 real estate franchise based on full-year 2022 sales volume and transactions by T3 Sixty, a leading residential real estate consulting and analytics firm.

According to the ranking, KW has 11.3% market share in the U.S based on sales volume in 2022. The sales volume was calculated against National Association of REALTORS® existing home sales data.
