SAN FRANCISCO, CA / ACCESS Newswire / November 4, 2026 / The San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR) has launched GrowthZone AMS, with GZ Learn built in, as its new member management and education platform. The move gives SFAR's nearly 4,000 members a single place to manage their membership, register for events, pay dues and take courses, while giving SFAR staff one system for member records, MLS, and continuing education.

SFAR introduced the platform to members at the SF Summit on October 26. GrowthZone CEO Paul Plaia III joined SFAR leadership on stage, and the GrowthZone team provided hands-on training for members.

From the new member portal, SFAR members can update their profile, pay invoices, register for events, search the member directory, and find association resources. Education sits right alongside it. SFAR can now offer on-demand courses, track continuing education credits and issue certificates, and every course a member finishes shows up on their own record rather than in a separate system.

"As a member services organization, our priority is making it easier for REALTORS® to get what they need from SFAR," said Ben Tingle, Chief Operating Officer of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS®." Moving to a new association management system was a significant change, and it gives members one place to manage their membership, register for events and education, and connect with resources. GrowthZone's implementation team supported our staff through training and go-live, which helped us keep serving members throughout the transition."

For SFAR staff, GrowthZone's Real Estate Edition ties member records to NRDS and SFARMLS in one system. GrowthZone's Onboarding and Training teams worked alongside SFAR staff through the transition, so they were confident in the system before members ever saw it. That support carried through the member rollout and continues as SFAR builds out its education program.

"SFAR has served San Francisco REALTORS® for more than a century, and we're proud they chose GrowthZone for what comes next," said Paul Plaia III, Chief Executive Officer of GrowthZone. "We wake up every morning to serve our customers. For SFAR, that means giving members a better experience on day one and giving the association a learning program it can grow into a lasting source of member value."
