Funderburke brings passion for truck crash victim advocacy to firm's Tennessee operations
NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESS Newswire / April 14, 2025 / The Law Firm for Truck Safety has added Litigation Attorney Josh Funderburke to its Nashville office, expanding its Tennessee legal team. Funderburke joins the firm with a strong background in complex litigation and a focus on client-centered advocacy.
Before joining The Law Firm for Truck Safety, Funderburke practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. He looks to bring his determination and skillset to serve those injured by negligence on the road.
Funderburke earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. A member of FSU's Trial Team, he received awards for Best Advocate, Best Closing Argument, and Best Cross Examination in multiple national mock trial competitions.
He previously clerked for the Hon. Mary S. Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Funderburke is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
