This November, Mr. Lind will lead the annual summit of the organization in Washington, D.C., where discussions will include topics of global relevance such as international relations, cybertechnology and artificial intelligence. He is also planning to visit Ukraine to attend the association's third conference there and support developments in different nations. Before joining ISOA, Mr. Lind had an extensive career in public service and has also worked in various roles within the private sector. He has been a representative at a renowned American multinational engineering and construction firm where he managed domestic and international affairs of the organization along with key commercial contracts. Mr. Lind has served in leadership positions in the tech industry and financial sector where he advanced business development and government relations.
During the initial phase of his career, Mr. Lind served as a commander and surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. In this role, he contributed significantly to national defense. His military service includes leadership on multiple ships and supporting critical operations in different countries. Later, he climbed up the ranks and continued to serve his country.
Mr. Lind's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in statistics from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in information systems from the Naval Postgraduate School and a certificate in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. His professional affiliations include the American Legion.
Honored with multiple awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal and Navy Commendation Medal, Mr. Lind will continue to work to make a positive societal impact.
