LONDON, UK / ACCESSWIRE / August 23, 2022 / Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE:LIFE) (OTCQB:WRHLF), the brand-led consumer goods company focused on CBD health and wellness solutions, announces the issue of equity by the Company.

Further to the RNS of 23 August 2022 describing the issuance of 390,480 Ordinary Shares to Mason Media Limited the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is in fact 1,199,195,111 and not 1,322,995,111 which was incorrectly stated. The figure of 1,199,195,111 should therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
