KTGY-Designed Communities Receive Recognition for Best Architectural Design at San Francisco's Bay Area's 45th Annual MAME Awards

OAKLAND, Calif. – KTGY, a leading full-service architecture, branding, interior and planning firm focused on residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments, announced today that the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area has recognized KTGY-designed residential communities and residences at the prestigious 45th Annual MAME Awards competition presented by the Sales & Marketing Council. The awards honor the industry's most outstanding builder, sales, marketing, and trade professionals who have distinguished themselves by working hard to deliver their best each day for the betterment of the industry. The winners were announced from the list of finalists on April 22, 2022.

Located near mass transit in a commuter core adjacent to Blossom Hill Caltrain Station, Santa Teresa VTA Station and major highways, The Towns at UrbanOak blends with the surrounding diverse commercial and residential neighborhood. The designers achieved a diverse range of for-sale residential types in a 32-acre transit village while also creating a variety of price points. The four-story interlocking townhome condominiums allow for a higher density to be delivered on a smaller footprint, creating homeownership opportunities in a new community and lower price points, which are attainable for young professionals and families. The open floor plan designs feature great rooms designed to maximize living space and adapt to the way of residents' lives.

Plan 4 is the largest the community has to offer, featuring an open concept design with four bedrooms, three baths, and plenty of storage throughout. The well-appointed gathering room, kitchen, and elongated deck ideal for open-air grilling provide plenty of space for entertaining.
