Item 2.02		Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

     On February 27, 2009, Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report.
