On September 28, 2004, the Board of Directors of Corillian Corporation appointed James R. Stojak as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Stojak will serve on the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. A copy of a press release dated September 30, 2004 announcing his appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
