On May 31, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has commenced consent solicitations to amend certain provisions of the indentures relating to their 9.0% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016, 8.625% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2018 and 7.875% Senior Notes due 2016. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
