(1) The Company has already signed a syndicated bank loan of NT$26.9 billion on October 25, 2013.
(2) On a consolidated basis, as of September 30, 2013, the Company has a cash balance of approximately NT$70 billion. Moreover, the Company’s short-term borrowings and current portion of long-term borrowings is approximately NT$56.8 billion as of September 30, 2013. Currently, the Company’s existing unused credit facilities of approximately NT$40 billion under long-term and short-term loan agreements.
