It is anticipated that the Registrant will report net income of approximately $197,000, or $0.01 per share, and total revenues of $224.5 million for the year ended August 31, 2006, as compared to net income of $826,985, or $0.08 per share, and total revenues of $162.6 million for the year ended August 31, 2005, respectively.
