On July 20, 2006, F5 Networks, Inc. (the Company) hosted a previously announced conference call
and live audio webcast to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2006. A copy of the press release announcing these results and other matters was furnished as an exhibit
to the Companys Form 8-K dated July 20, 2006. A copy of the transcript from the conference call
referred to above is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is hereby incorporated by
reference herein.
