Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 3, 2017, Southern California Gas Company announced the appointment of Mr. Lee Schavrien as Chief Regulatory Officer effective March 11, 2017. Effective March 10, 2017, he will no longer serve as Chief Administrative Officer.
