Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On September 1, 2015, Joseph A. Householder, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sempra Energy, resigned as a director of Southern California Gas Company (the “Company”) effective on September 2, 2015. On September 2, 2015, G. Joyce Rowland, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer of Sempra Energy, was appointed as a director of the Company effective on September 3, 2015.
