Other Events.

On November 12, 2010, P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that the Company’s primary operating subsidiary, P.A.M. Transport, Inc., has received authorization from the Mexico Department of Economy to establish offices in Mexico. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
