Item 5.02                        Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 9, 2017, Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. (the “Company”), accepted the resignation of Mr. Richard D. Strulson as the Company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Mr. Strulson, who resigned to pursue another opportunity, will remain with the Company until December 1, 2017.
