On June 12, 2008, the stockholders of UAL Corporation (the “Company”) voted to approve the 2008 Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) at the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders. The Plan was previously approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on March 20, 2008, subject to approval by the stockholders. For a description of the Plan, please see the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 2008 (the “Proxy Statement”). A copy of the Plan is attached as Appendix A to the Proxy Statement.
