On March 4, 2005, Laidlaw International, Inc. a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing, among other things, that it has commenced a cash tender offer for up to $202,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of its outstanding 10 ¾% Senior Notes due 2011.
