On July 7, 2016, Sun Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) a prospectus supplement dated July 7, 2016, pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-204911). The prospectus supplement was filed to register the resale from time to time by certain selling stockholders of up to 3,329,880 shares of the Company’s common stock.
