Enbridge Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividends

CALGARY, Alberta, October 24, 2012 – Enbridge Inc. (TSX, NYSE: ENB) Enbridge Inc.’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2825 per common share, payable on December 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2012. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the September 1, 2012 dividend.

The Board also declared the following quarterly dividends for Enbridge Inc. Preferred Shares. All dividends are payable on December 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2012:

1 This is the first dividend declared for Preferred Shares, Series N which were issued July 17, 2012. The regular quarterly dividend payable on the Series N preferred shares, which will take effect on the March 1, 2013 dividend payment, is $0.25 per share.

 

2 This is the first dividend declared for Preferred Shares, Series P which were issued Sept. 13, 2012. The regular quarterly dividend payable on the Series P preferred shares, which will take effect on the March 1, 2013 dividend payment, is $0.25 per share.
