On November 16, 2007, ABX Air, Inc. held a conference call to discuss its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007 and the Company’s pending acquisition of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. A transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
