On May 9, 2006, SPACEHAB, Incorporated issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 providing information regarding the company’s operating results for the three months period ending March 31, 2006 and the nine months period ending March 31, 2006 announcing that the company will have a conference call regarding its financial results on May 9, 2006.
