Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 6, 2006, America’s Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2006. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended April 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
