ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On July 25, 2006, Station Casinos, Inc. issued a press release announcing
its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 and increases
dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as
Exhibit 99.1.
