On July 22, 2010, Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. and its wholly owned subsidiary Calumet Finance Corp. issued a press release announcing that due to market conditions they have opted to not move forward with the contemplated senior notes offering at this time. A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
