On September 19, 2007, FARO Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida entered an order denying the Company’s and the individual defendant’s motion to dismiss the consolidated second amended securities class action complaint, as filed against the Company and those individuals.
