On May 2, 2007, Shore Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a press release regarding the revision of its previously-announced stock repurchase program to increase the number of shares authorized for repurchase from 165,000 to 5% of the shares outstanding (or 418,700 shares as of April 30, 2007). A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
